Photography

My interest in photography began over 20 years ago. As a teenager, my parents bought me a Sears KS-2, a camera I still use. I discovered a passion for photography and threw myself into it completely. I took my camera everywhere I went, taking pictures of anything that caught my eye. However, as I passed into adulthood, other activities began monopolizing my time and photography receded into the background.

Over the years, I've thought about those early experiences with photography, and I've wondered if it was an area of my life that I had left not fully explored. In the fall of 2003, I decided that it was time to rekindle my love of photography. As a first step, I took a class at a nearby community college. This turned out to be a very positive experience. The passion was still there.

As the years have passed, I've taken a number of photos and have been fairly pleased with the results. I hope you enjoy looking at my photos as much as I have enjoyed taking them.
